独运匠心,全面发展
—— 陈杉杉 Sissi Chen
建立专门的学习群、安排每日的学习单、寻找最适合的学习资源、录制教学视频……一切在徐徐开展着。陈杉杉老师和很多SUIS老师一样在思索着:如何更合理地安排课程内容?怎样开展线上教学更合适呢?学习是小学生的生活中不可或缺的部分;与此同时,运动、家务、阅读也是他们生活的一部分。在这段特殊时期,培养热爱运动、有良好的健康习惯、勤做家务、有责任心的SUIS小学生是陈杉杉老师心中更大的期待。
It’s the first time for Teacher Chen to build specialized study groups, arrange daily study lists, look for the most suitable learning resources, and record teaching videos. Teacher Chen is thinking like many SUIS teachers: How to arrange the course content more reasonably? How to carry out online teaching so that everyone can learn more easily? Learning is an integral part of the life;at the same time, sports, housework, and reading are also important. 根据这些想法,SUIS老师们制定出《SUIS小学生在家学习指南》,其中列出了适合孩子身心发展的学习时间表和学习清单,还为孩子们提供了运动清单,保证孩子每天的运动时间,强健孩子的体魄;家务清单包含了孩子们力所能及的家务,鼓励孩子每天选做两种,帮助孩子形成承担家庭责任的意识;趣味阅读挑战,以有趣的阅读形式,燃起孩子们对阅读的渴望;影片清单上的每一部影片都能带给他们不一样的思索……
Based on these ideas, SUIS teachers came up with the “Learning Guide for Studying at home”, which lists study schedules and study lists which are suitable for children’s physical and mental development.It also provides children with exercise lists to ensure that children’s exercise every day to keep strong and healthy. The housework list contains chores that the child can choose two types every day to help themselves develop a sense of responsibility. Reading program ignites the children’s desire for reading; While the video list enriches children’s lives at home.
充分考虑隔空学习的条件,用微课资源代替老师面授;为平衡孩子的学习和生活,努力做到寓教于乐、劳逸结合,指南给家长和孩子提供多样的选择。有了这份指南,孩子们清晰了自己的学习目标;家长清楚了孩子居家生活的全面安排。这是一份多么亲切、实用的学习指南呀!
Fully consider the study conditions during the epidemic, all the teachers replace face-to-face teaching with micro-class resources; in order to balance students’ learning and life, and strive to combine education with fun,and the guide provides parents and children with a variety of choices. 为了帮助家长了解和熟悉在线学习、辅导孩子进行线上学习,陈杉杉老师和团队觉得这样还是不够,他们一遍遍地细细研读着制定好的线上学习方案。陈老师觉得让指导方法都视觉化是最好的方式,她还灵机一动,拿起小小的画笔迅速绘制了在线学习和语文学习的思维导图并还将它制作成了一个有趣简洁视频。谁知道这份小小的视频包含了多少的心意呢?一笔一画皆是老师们对于孩子满满的爱。
In order to help parents understand and get familiar with online learning and coach their children for online learning.Teacher Chen and her team studied the online learning plan over and over again. Teacher Chen considered that it was the best way to visualize the guidance methods. So she drew a mind map and made an interesting and concise video which is full of love.

疫情之下,线上的学习是在不断摸索和尝试中展开的。在教育局下发通知后,王霜霜老师第一时间去了解政策,无数次的开会讨论,她全心全意为了孩子制定出最适合他们学习和身心发展的方针。网络上的教育资源丰富繁多,但良莠不齐,这该怎么办呢?王霜霜老师并没有慌乱,她耐心去寻找资源,一个个细细地审核,最终定下了最适合孩子们的优质资源。
Under the epidemic, online learning was carried out through constant exploration. After the notice was issued by the Education Bureau,Teacher Wang went to understand the policy as soon as possible, and had numerous meetings to discuss about how to work out the best policy for children to learn and develop physically and mentally. There are many educational resources on the Internet,Teacher Wang patiently searched for resources, carefully reviewed them, and finally chose the best resources for children.
因为疫情,保姆没能回来,可家里两个年幼的孩子需要照顾也是必须面对的事实,因为小区的隔离,长辈也无法过来帮忙,烧饭做菜众多的家务之余,她还要陪孩子阅读学习,完成幼儿园的实践活动,霜霜一天的时间安排都满满的,但她的心里还挂念着班级里的所有孩子,霜霜老师多希望自己能有三头六臂呀!即便忙的不可开交,她还是每天微信联系家长们,关心所有孩子和家长的情况,经常等孩子睡了以后继续备课工作、制定方案到下一个天明。
Because of the epidemic, the babysitter did not return, but the two young children at home needed to be taken care of. Miss Wang’s parents couldn’t come to help because of the segregation of the community. Her schedule is fully,accompany kids to study and complete the kindergarten homework.But she still worries about her students. Even if she is too busy, she still contacts parents every day , and cares about the situation of all children and parents.She often continue to prepare lessons and make plans to the next day at midnight.
